Unlocking Potential: Using Emotional Intelligence for Ensured Success (LA)

It's a core competency that is the single greatest predictor of success than either work experience or standard IQ scores. Regardless of who you are or what you do, it's essential that you understand how to manage yourself and effectively relate to, and influence others in meaningful and impactful ways. This is Emotional Intelligence and the first key step to your success.

We are the greatest obstacles to our own success. In this interactive lecture you will understand personality types and how blind spots impact your potential professionally and personally.  Can you afford to not know how to maximize your potential, or bring out the best in yourself, your business, or your relationships? 

The presenter, Ken Sergi, is an Organization Development specialist and certified business coach with extensive training and certifications, including the National Conflict Resolution Center. He has utilized MBTI, DISC and the Enneagram in both business and personal coaching of clients.  He has worked with small business and larger corporation such as Cisco and the U.S. Treasury, and managed training and professional development programs worldwide.  He recently worked on the project for the U.S. Dept of Defense to convert the civilian workforce to pay-for-performance and faciliated sessions for business leaders and coaches on using the Enneagram to understand one's self and as a tool for deep level self-sustaining transformation.

This is a value-packed limited one hour.  You'll want to arrive early.  This 1 hour lecture is only offered on a periodic basis as a keynote.  This is open to the public and is being offered at a one-time rate that only recuperates administrative costs as a way of helping people in these current times.
